Mark Joseph Hublar is attending Jefferson Community and Technical College in Louisville, Kentucky. He lives on his own and enjoys a full life. His goal is to become a successful spokesperson for individuals with disabilties, and to help them have “a full-time job and a full-time life.” Mark was chosen for the “More Alike Than Different” campaign for the National Down Syndrome Congress.
