Evan Beard lived throughout high school in Hanoi, Vietnam, where he and his family are Christian missionaries. One of Evan’s most important jobs in Hanoi has been visiting with families with children who have Down syndrome and showing them just how much potential their children possess. Aside from his missionary work, Evan is also an accomplished dancer who loves performing routines in front of an audience.
He wants to attend Shepherds College in Wisconsin, where his goals include learning math, cooking and gardening, and developing an even closer relationship with God. His long-term goals include getting married, teaching others about Jesus, and moving back to Vietnam to teach computer skills. Keep on rockin’, Evan!
